If you need a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examination, give us a call. We can usually see you the same day. Your exam should take about 30 minutes.
We have all of the necessary forms that are required. All you need to do is bring is your drivers license and be prepared for the urine test (drink plenty of water before you come). Be sure to wear comfortable clothes.
Our doctor will perform the examination according to federal regulations, including:
- A Brief Review of Your Health History
- Vision Check
- Color Vision Evaluation
- Height and Weight Measurements
- Blood Pressure and Pulse Check
- Urine Analysis
- A Basic Physical Examination
If you pass the exam, we will issue your Medical Examiner’s Certificate right away.
Insurance does not cover this service, but we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is plenty of room in our lot for large vehicles.
We have Russian, Romanian, and Spanish interpreters on staff to assist you at your exam.
We can provide you with the services you need to comply with the Department of Transportation requirements for drug and alcohol testing.
